Wake Up With Gracie Norton


Gracie Norton made her second appearance on The HIM & HER Show recently and we just had to lay out her morning routine for you.

If you have yet to meet Gracie, she is a total guru in the wellness space, podcast host, digital entrepreneur and content creator who shares a raw, unfiltered look at her life and the transformation she went through to prioritize her health and wellness. In her first podcast episode with Lauryn and Michael she told us all about her experience with PCOS, weight loss, balancing hormones and how to take control of your life through wellness.

In her second episode, she got into her nitty gritty routines which we love. Think: how she wakes up, how she winds down and everything in between. You know Lauryn is big on mornings, so today we’re sharing Gracie’s specific morning routine with you. As you can guess, she takes her mornings very seriously.

WAKE UP WITH GRACIE NORTON

She wakes up and starts with oral care right away:

+ tongue scrape

+ brush teeth

+ floss

+ oil pull

Next, it’s on to skincare:

Then Gracie makes chicken sausage, quinoa and veggies with some avocado and nuts, then it’s time to start her work day.
