In a recent episode of In The Ring interview with Filmfare, Sharvari Wagh opened up about her experience joining the esteemed Yash Raj Films (YRF) as an actress. Walking through the iconic studio, adorned with the portraits of legendary YRF heroines like Kajol, Sridevi, and Chandni, Sharvari couldn’t help but feel a sense of awe. “My first thought when I entered there was, ‘When does my picture go up?’” she shared, highlighting her excitement and disbelief at being part of such a prestigious legacy.
Though she has yet to have her own picture on the studio walls, Sharvari acknowledged the enduring legacy of YRF. “I don’t think there have been new entries that have happened now,” she noted, reflecting on the studio’s rich history. She emphasized the significance of the YRF legacy, saying, “Even if there isn’t a photo, there is a legacy attached to the film and Yash Raj itself.”
Walking through the corridors once frequented by iconic actors and actresses, Sharvari described the experience as “almost like a dream come true moment,” underscoring the profound impact of being part of the YRF family.
